1. Our Services

Quick Stop Autos UK provides 24/7 vehicle recovery services, nationwide. Quotes given by phone, WhatsApp, or in person are estimates and may change once the vehicle or situation is assessed in person.

2. Booking a Callout

• By requesting a callout you confirm the vehicle location and details you give us are accurate.
• Response times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, location, or demand.
• We reserve the right to decline a job where it is unsafe, outside our coverage area, or outside the scope of our services.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are confirmed before work begins wherever possible; recovery callouts may include a call-out fee plus mileage.
• A deposit is required to book your collection, with the remaining balance due upon drop-off of your vehicle, payable by cash or bank transfer.

4. Vehicle Condition & Liability

We take reasonable care when recovering or transporting your vehicle. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical faults not disclosed to us, or items left inside the vehicle. Please remove valuables before a recovery.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel a booked callout by contacting us as soon as possible. Please note that once a deposit has been paid, it is non-refundable, as it secures your booking and covers the time, fuel, and resources we commit to it in advance.

6. Complaints

If you're not satisfied with our service, please contact us directly using the details on our Contact Us page so we can put things right.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
